INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION Of ABSTRACTS
1. PREPARATION: The abstract should be a brief structured summary of the paper stating the purpose, description of work and conclusions.
2. RESPONSIBILITY: Authors have full responsibility for any statements submitted. Authors are also responsible for proof reading the typed abstract. Authors must disclose and explain any potential conflicts of interest in a separate letter enclosed with the abstract.
3. CHANGES: Once abstracts have been submitted to the Organizing Committee, changes will not be permitted.
4. TITLE: Type the title in the box provided. Capitalize all letters. Keep brief, indicating the nature of the investigation.
5. AUTHORS: List last name followed by initials of First Name and Second Name for all authors, and then institutional affiliations. If no institution is involved, list city and country. Underline the name of the presenting author.
6. TEXT: Type in lower case letters in 12 font size in the box provided. Do not type outside the box. Do not skip a line between title and author(s). Skip a line before the text. Do not skip lines in the text. Use only very common abbreviations. Generic names are required the first time a drug is mentioned and are to be written in lower case letters.
7. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Abstracts must be submitted in the attached form with all information required as mentioned below:
Typewritten original abstract in laser print quality (for scanning) in the box provided.
Abstract on 3.5" floppy disk. The file should be formatted in Microsoft Word for Windows 98 or later versions. Disk must be labeled with presenting author's name, title of paper(s) and version of word program. The disk file should exactly match the submitted original printout of the abstract.

9. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: A reference number will be given for an abstract received by the Organizing Committee and its receipt will be acknowledged with the reference number to the presenting author bye-mail. Please use the reference number for communication with the organizing committee regarding your abstract. In case of non-receipt of acknowledgement, please verify with the organizing committee by phone or e-mail after two weeks from the date of vour submission- If the above instructions are not followed.
