توقيع مذكرة تفاهم لمنظمة الصحة العالمية والإتحاد الخليجي للوقاية من السرطان ومكافحته

قام الأستاذ عبدالعزيز بن على التركي رئيس مجلس إدارة جمعية السرطان السعودية بالمنطقة الشرقية وعضو الإتحاد الخليجي  بحضور توقيع اتفاقية التعاون بين منظمة الصحة العالمية والاتحاد الخليجي لمكافحة السرطان لتنظيم حملات توعوية عن أمراض السرطان المختلفة تحت مظلة منظمة الصحة العالمية والاستفادة من المعايير العالمية في هذه الحملات وحيث أن أول ورشة عمل سوف تكون في منطقة الخليج بتنظيم من جمعية السرطان السعودية بالمنطقة الشرقية تحت عنوان سرطان الثدي الذي يعتبر من أكثر الأمراض السرطانية انتشارا حسب إحصائيات السجل الوطني للأورام .

SCF in scitech

 Saudi Cancer Foundation will be having an exhibit in Scitech on July 17 to 20, 2010 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. 
The goal of this exhibit  are the following:
       1. To teach the women on how to perform Breast Self Examination
       2. To educate the public about all kinds of cancer by giving brochures and media presentation.

HRH Prince Mohamed Bin Fahd Al Saud, Governor of Eastern Province, receives in his office in Dammam, the Chairman of Saudi Cancer Foundation, Sheikh Abdulaziz Ali Alturki, along with other SCF Board Members, to explain to HRH the process of mobile mammography using the new truck acquired by SCF.
